By subscribing and donating you’ve helped in protecting and managing the Marine Protected Areas of North Mindoro.

The fine print

  1. The ‘Win a dive holiday in Puerto Galera’ promotion runs from 1 Feb 2024 until 23h59 on 31 December 2024.
  2. The prize is valid for two adults in shared accommodation.
  3. The prize consists of a voucher to the value of PHP100 000 which can be redeemed against accommodation, scuba diving, scuba diving courses, meals, and extras at one of our partner resorts in Puerto Galera, Philippines.
    • The voucher may not be split between resorts and suppliers, all services and experiences must be provided by one resort only.
  4. If the total holiday and additions costs more than P100 000, the winner will be required to pay the difference.
  5. The prize excludes:
    • International air travel to and from the Philippines.
    • Local travel to and from Puerto Galera (unless booked through the resort of your choice and is redeemable against the voucher).
    • Additional Taxes and fees payable.
    • Any items not specified in the prize inclusions.
  6. Accommodation at the resort of your choice is subject to their availability at the time of booking.
  7. Entry to the promotion is secured by:
    • Subscribing to the Dive Mindoro database via our website or at one of our BlueTalks, AND making a minimum donation of PHP1500 (or foreign currency equivalent) for a single entry.
  8. Additional entries are secured for every additional PHP1500 (or foreign currency equivalent).
  9. Entrants can double their entries by sharing the website link to the promotion on social media and using the hashtag #ProtectMindoroMPA.
    • Reference to the name and surname used for your subscription must be made in your social media post for us to cross reference and ensure we double your entries.
  10. By participating in this promotion, you agree to receive future promotional email correspondence from https://divemindoro.org and/or Blue Alliance and authorise https://divemindoro.org and/or Blue Alliance to use your information provided to communicate with you from time to time. You may unsubscribe if you do not wish to receive such communications from https://divemindoro.org and/or Blue Alliance.
  11. https://divemindoro.org  and/or Blue Alliance will not disclose any of the participants’ personal information to third parties. 
  12. The winner will be randomly selected within 1 week of the promotion end date.
  13. The judge’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into. 
  14. Winners will be notified by email. If contact with the winner cannot be made within 28 days, the prize will be forfeited and redrawn. It is the winner’s responsibility to notify https://divemindoro.org and/or Blue Alliance of any change in contact information. 
  15. By entering the promotion, the winner agrees to the publishing or distribution of their name on https://divemindoro.org and/or Blue Alliance website, on social media and in other media releases.
  16. The prize is accepted by a winner at their own risk.
  17. https://divemindoro.org and/or Blue Alliance and its affiliates are not liable, at any time, for any discrepancy or change to the prize whatsoever. 
  18. The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
  19. The prize is for use by the winner only and is not transferable.
